Kaiserslautern (German pronunciation: [ˌkaɪzɐsˈlaʊtɐn] (listen)) is a city in southwest Germany, located in the Bundesland (State) of Rhineland-Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz) at the edge of the Palatinate Forest (Pfälzerwald).
