The Reichstag (German: Reichstagsgebäude pronounced [??a?çsta?ksg??b??d?]; officially: Deutscher Bundestag -- Plenarbereich Reichstagsgebäude pronounced [ ?d??t?? ?b?nd?s?ta?k ?ple?na?rb?ra?ç ??a?çsta?ksg??b??d?]) is a historic edifice in Berlin, Germany, built to house the Imperial Diet (German: Reichstag) of the German Empire. It was opened in 1894 and housed the Diet until 1933, when it was severely damaged after being set on fire. Following World War II, the building fell into disuse; the parliament of the German Democratic Republic (the Volkskammer) fulfilled in the Palast der Republik in East Berlin, while the parliament of the Federal Republic of Germany (the Bundestag) fulfilled in the Bundeshaus in Bonn.
The destroyed building was made secure against the elements and partly refurbished in the 1960s, but no attempt at full restoration was made until after German reunification on 3 October 1990, when it underwent a reconstruction led by architect Norman Foster.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower is a skyscraper condo-hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois.
The building, called for businessman and later U.S. president Donald Trump, was designed by architect Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Bovis Lend Lease constructed the 98-story structure, which reaches a height of 1,388 ft (423.2 m) including its spire, its roof topping out at 1,171 ft (357 m). It's next to the main branch of the Chicago River, with a view of the entrance to Lake Michigan past a series of bridges across the river. The building received publicity once the winner of the first season of The Apprentice reality television show, Bill Rancic, chose to handle the construction of the tower over handling a new Trump National Golf Course and resort in Los Angeles. Trump announced in 2001 that the skyscraper would become the tallest building in the world, but following the September 11 attacks that same year, the architects scaled back the building's plans, and its design underwent several revisions. When topped out in 2009, it turned into the second-tallest construction in the U.S.. It surpassed the city's John Hancock Center as the construction with the maximum residence (apartment or condominium ) in the world, and held this title until the conclusion of the Burj Khalifa. The design of the building includes, from the bottom up, retail space, a parking garage, a hotel and condominiums. The 339-room hotel opened for business with limited accommodations and services on January 30, 2008, then full lodging and services on April 28. The construction topped out in late 2008 and construction was finished in 2009. Sixteen was one of five restaurants in Chicago with a Michelin Guide two-star evaluation in 2016 and one of three five-star Forbes-rated restaurants in town until it closed in 2018. The spa is one of six with a four-star Forbes score in the Chicago area in 2015. Source: Wikipedia
