The New York Times Building is a skyscraper in 620 Eighth Avenue, on the west side of Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Its chief tenant is The New York Times Company, publisher of The New York Times along with the International New York Times, and other papers. The building is 1,046 ft (318.8 m) tall to its pinnacle, with a roof height of 748 ft (228 m), and comprises 52 stories. The Imperial a modernist style building designed by Architect Hafeez Contracter is a twin-tower ultra luxury residential skyscraper complex in the billionaires row of Mumbai, India which is one of the tallest completed buildings in India. In 2010 its construction was completed and the towers were inaugurated. It is home to influential individuals like Axis Bank CEO Shikha Sharma, HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh's son, senior lawyer Satish Maneshinde, The Daga Family of Betul Oil Ltd. and senior management executives of US private equity fund Blackstone.
