The New York Times Building is a skyscraper in 620 Eighth Avenue, on the west side of Midtown Manhattan, New York City.
Its chief tenant is The New York Times Company, publisher of The New York Times along with the International New York Times, and other papers. The building is 1,046 ft (318.8 m) tall to its pinnacle, with a roof height of 748 ft (228 m), and comprises 52 stories. The cathedral Maria Himmelfahrt (German for the Assumption of Mary) is the parish church of the South Tyrolean capital Bozen and cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bozen-Brixen.
