Aspire Tower, also called The Torch Doha, is a 300-metre-tall (980 ft) skyscraper hotel located in the Aspire Zone complex in Doha, Qatar. Designed by architect Hadi Simaan and AREP and engineer Ove Arup and Partners, the tower served as the focal point for the 15th Asian Games hosted by Qatar in December 2006.
Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre (Chinese: ???????????; Portuguese: Centro de Convenções e Entretenimento da Torre de Macau), also called Macau Tower (Chinese: ???; Jyutping: ou3 mun4*two taap3; Portuguese: Torre de Macau), is a tower located in Sé, Macau. The tower measures 338 m (1,109 ft) in height from ground level to the maximum point. Its observation deck includes views, restaurants, theatres, shopping malls and the Skywalk X, a walking tour around the outer rim. It offers the best view of Macau and lately has been used for a variety of adventurous activities. At 233 metres, the Macau Tower's tethered'skyjump' and Bungee jump by AJ Hackett in the tower's outer rim, is the highest commercial skyjump on earth (233 metres), and the second highest commercial decelerator descent facility in the world, after Vegas' Stratosphere skyjump at 252 metres.The tower was created by Moller Architects and is one of the members of the World Federation of Great Towers.
