The Marble Towers is a skyscraper in the Central Business District of Johannesburg, South Africa.

It was constructed in 1973 and is 32 storeys tall. The building has an eight-storey parking garage attached to it. The structure is made from a combination of marble and concrete.



The tower is currently in use as offices. The building was originally known as the Sanlam Centre. It is located on the corner of Jeppe and Von Wielligh Streets.

Centro Financiero Confinanzas, also known as Torre de David (the Tower of David), is an unfinished abandoned skyscraper in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. It is the third highest skyscraper in the country after the twin towers of Parque Central Complex. The building of the tower began in 1990 but was halted in 1994 due to the Venezuelan banking crisis. As of 2018, the building remains incomplete and unused. It was damaged due to two earthquakes on 21 and 22 August 2018.
