Antiochia am Orontes oder Antiochien (altgriechisch Ἀντιόχεια ἡ ἐπὶ Ὀρόντου Antiócheia hē epì Oróntou, auch Ἀντιόχεια ἡ Μεγάλη Antiócheia hē Megálē, ‚Antiocheia die Große‘; lateinisch Antiochia ad Orontem) war eine Stadt im antiken Syrien (heute Antakya in der Türkei). Sie ist der bekannteste und mit Abstand bedeutendste mehrerer antiker Orte dieses Namens, die von verschiedenen Königen der Seleukidendynastie gegründet wurden.

In römischer Zeit war sie neben dem ägyptischen Alexandria und (später) Konstantinopel eine der größten und bedeutendsten Städte im östlichen Mittelmeerraum.
